The concept of a network of networks intends that each participant would take responsibility for building the Centre from their own country and regional network. The roles of the centre might include:

• Broker: between countries, institutions and individuals
• Facilitator: connection with the community
• Advocate for FOL4D
• Innovator in FOL4D
• Evidence Collector/Researcher/Story Teller
• Knowledge Manager & Provider
• Role Model for FOL4D
