    In 2011, Terry Neal prepared a report on Open and Flexible TVET in the Commonwealth Pacific Countries. This is a good resource if you’re interested in a broad look at the background of  ODFL TVET in the Pacific – although it needs to be updated.

    This is a report on the TVET ODFL Forum held in Tonga in March 2013.

    “The TVET ODFL Forum was facilitated for 26 participants from Ministries, NGOs, FBOs and TVET institutions in 8 Pacific countries.It was designed to work through a process of considering the issues involved in introducing more flexible and blended and technology enhanced approaches to education along with an analysis of national and regional needs and priorities in TVET”

    Through our work with Tuvalu teachers, new TVSD courses in Basic Painting Skills and Basic Sewing Skills have been developed as OER.
